New Practices Join Mateer Harbert
ORLANDO, FL (September 23, 2021) – Mateer & Harbert, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of two new legal practices to its bench of legal service offerings, now including Community Association Law and Social Security Disability Law.
Our new Community Association Law team, all of whom are Florida Bar Board Certified Attorneys in Condominium and Planned Development, represents condominiums, homeowner associations, mobile home communities and cooperatives in all areas of operation. This team was formerly known as the Wean and Malchow law firm that has been active in the practice of law in Orlando for many years.
The Social Security Disability practice, headed by Katherine Schwartz, guides clients through every step of the social security claim application and/or appeals process to ensure claimants realize full benefits. We advocate claimant requests and positions with a focus on getting approval, over-turning appeals that have been denied, and providing the requisite edge needed to realize maximum benefit for those we serve.
For more than 60 years, Mateer & Harbert has remained one of Florida’s most steadfast, full-service business law firms. Grounded in the values of diligence, dedication, loyalty and hard work, the firm provides legal counsel to a wide range of domestic, institutional and individual clients.
