On March 16, 2021, Shareholder Jim Lussier conducted an on-line Continuing Education program for the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Institute of CPAs. The presentation explored the legal basis for “Force Majeure” clauses in contracts and how COVID-era impacts, such as government shut down orders and impossibility of performance, affect contractual relationships.
